Nicole Rivera School Psychologist nrivera@essextech.org 973-412-2244973-412-2244Nicole Rivera, graduated with a Bachelor of Science, in Environmental and Business Economics, from Rutgers University. She earned her Supervisor’s Certification, Master of Arts in Special Education and her Professional Diploma in School Psychology from New Jersey City University. Mrs. Rivera is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Prior to her role as school psychologist at West Caldwell Tech, Mrs. Rivera served as a dually certified general and special education teacher for thirteen years in the Jersey City Public Schools.
Taliah Joyner Social Worker Tjoyner@essextech.org 973-412-2269973-412-2269Taliah S. Joyner-Isibor is a graduate of Arts high school in Newark and a former early childhood educator. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), School Social Worker, and previously served the Essex County Schools of Technology as a Student Support Specialist; chairing multidisciplinary Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) meetings, conducting individual & group mediation counseling, staff presentations, and managing crisis– earning the Shining Star Award in this position. Currently, she provides service for the district as a Child Study Team Case Manager in the Special Services/Education Department at West Caldwell Tech.
