Facts On File Online – is a core-curricular database, covering all subject areas determined by experts to be essential to high school curricula nationwide.
Forensic Science, 2nd Edition – Forensic Science online database is a three-volume reference work that addresses the growing academic and public interest in the application of the sciences to criminal investigation.
Google Scholar – on the world wide web, links to the world of scholarly research and “across many disciplines and sources: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles from academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories, universities and other scholarly organizations.” (Google Scholar).
JerseyClicks – “is New Jersey’s statewide portal for searching full-text databases cover[ing] health, history, business, education, science, current events, literature, and popular fiction.” JerseyClicks is offered free by the NJ State Library through funding under the Library Services and Technology Act (JC). This resource is available on the internet 24/7/365; however, access to it from outside our District network requires a local, public library card number.
