I’ll like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all our students, faculty and staff at North 13th Street. As the second semester comes to an end, it’s time for us to prepare ourselves and focus on achieving success in 2008 and beyond.

Through the dedication of our faculty, staff, students, parents, community and administration, North 13th Street has been making significant progress not only in attaining our NCLB benchmarks, but also in promoting character & educational excellence.

I am confident 2008 will be a year where we improve on our strengths and accomplishments even more. I am excited about the prospects for this new year!

 

To our parents, I urge you to take an active role in the education of your children. Students do better when they are encouraged and held accountable for high academic achievement. Reach out to our teachers, parent coordinator and administration, and let us know how we can make it better for your child’s education.
