  1. In the 2016-2017 school year, students will acquire 21st Century skills through the Common Core State Standards by developing their critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills as they prepare to succeed in college, career, and life.
  2. In the 2016--2017 school year, periodic assessments in mathematics and language arts literacy will be administered to all students and the performance data analyzed by subgroups will be used to determine areas of focus for each student based on their strengths and weaknesses.
  3. In the 2016-2017 school year, students will increase their community service by participating in school-based organizations, serving as mentors, and volunteering their time to support school-based, local, and national organizations.
  4. In the 2016-2017 school year, student and staff absences will be decreased by 25% each quarter as measured by school and district level reports.
  5. In the 2016-2017 school year, a renewed focus on intervention and referral services, student suspensions will be decreased by 25% during each quarter as measured by school and district discipline reports.
